What you'll do

The O2I training teams support the local SAP Training and Adoption departments with the delivery of trainings on SAP solutions to our customers. SAP Training and Adoption offers a variety of products with different delivery methods. The O2I Training teams are responsible for the entire booking process up to invoice delivery.

• First level query management via hotline and ticketing system
• Processing course registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products
• Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes
• Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
• General administrative tasks
• Continuous process improvement

What you bring

Language skills:

Fluent in German and English (mandatory)

Computer skills:

Profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

Soft skills:

Solid problem- solving skills and detail oriented; good communication and organizational skills; team spirit and flexibility; independent working style; willingness to learn and a high level of motivation, excellent customer service attitude and a strong will to deliver excellent quality
