Your new role We are looking for an experienced manager who can interact with people (both team and customers), lead by example, effectively manage people (strong in people management), organise, and delegate work. Someone who is capable of being the CEO of their store with a proven track record and the ability to manage a staff of around 20 people.
What we expect from you:

Czech language at a native speaker levelEnglish language at a high communication level (calls in English)At least 1 year of experience in the position of Store ManagerProven experience of motivating and effectively leading people/storesEnsuring sales analysis, a high level of customer service, perfect store appearance, and monitoring KPIsAdvanced PC user (MS Office, knowledge of Workday and Kronos systems is an advantage)Represents the image and values of the brand, full responsibility for the effective management of the storeImplements and analyses the sales plan, ensures a high level of quality indicators (UPT, CR, etc.)Experience in recruiting new team members, training
