In Siemens Global Business Services we provide administrative services for our customers, with whom we are in daily contact.
Our job as Master Data Specialists is to verify and manage data (name, address, bank connection, etc.) of external and internal suppliers and customers in internal databases. As part of the daily agenda, we process requests to create tribal records, make changes, block and update data, communicate with suppliers and colleagues from local departments.
What will be your role?
Verify supplier/customer details in commercial registers
Create and manage master data in internal databases
Communicate with colleagues/customers
Ad-hoc tasks and support of team
What do we expect from you?
User knowledge of MS Office
Active/communicative knowledge of Turkish language
Knowledge of either English or Czech language is a must
Interest in administrative work
Pro-customer attitude, good communication skills, punctuality and diligenceteamwork
