For our client - an international company with local office in Prague, we are currently looking for a
Tax Specialist
Your new role
Ensure timely and accurate filling of VAT;Oversee and manage indirect tax compliance for our continental Europe branches;Conduct thorough reviews and audits of tax filings to ensure compliance with local regulations;Engage in other tax-related matters as needed, such as corporate income tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, reporting related to international tax initiatives;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax related queries and issues;Provide guidance and support to junior team members on tax matters.What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxes as an Accountant or Tax Specialist;Understanding of European indirect and direct tax regulations and compliance requirements;Fluent English is required, other European language is an advantage;Strong understanding of MS Excel;Previous experience with SAP is an advantage;Ability to work independently and have solid communication skills;What you'll get in return
