We are currently looking for a candidate for the position:
Head of Sales
You will be responsible for:
• Own and operationalize all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
• Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
• Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Customer Success, Product and Marketing
• Oversee Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Partner Managers
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
• Establish and foster Partnerships with our Partner network and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
• Hire, train, and lead a team of first-class Account Executives, Sales Managers and Partner Managers as the company grows
• Support integration with acquired companies to ensure sales processes are pushed down and executed in subsidiaries
Skills which you need:
• Proven track record for achieving/exceeding sales quotas
• High level of self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, innovation, and adaptability
• The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
• Exceptional personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to set a clear vision and develop plans and objectives to achieve our goals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proven experience in creating solutions that result in a win-win for all parties
• A strong leader with executive presence and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English - any additional European language will be an advantage but is not essential
