You will act as the finance business partner for one of our EMEA region. Thanks to your business acumen, strategic mindset and financial analysis skills, you will support your cluster leader with data and analysis to help him/her make the right decisions to reach targets and drive a sustainable and profitable growth.

You will also be owning closing process, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting P&L closing, as well as submission of forecast, AOP and Strat Plan.

EEMEA is a rapidly evolving region so the scope of the role may evolve in the future.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts, for a reliable, accurate and agile forecasting process while utilizing professional judgement to support management

  • Delivering timely and high-quality monthly financial reports, to address business and operational performance highlights and also alert potential risks. Providing guidance and explanation on trends and variances to budget and to forecast

  • Providing business reviews and/or ad hoc business-related projects as a financial expert and contributing with in-depth knowledge and experiences

  • Initiating process improvements and providing guidance on the creation and the tracking of the annual operating plan (AOP) for all EEMEA countries

  • Working closely with multi-teams to track the financial performance, keeping proactive communications and taking appropriate actions

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of previous related experience

  • FP&A experience required

  • Fluent English

  • Experience working in a fast-paced (and ideally corporate) environment, experience with the EEMEA region is a plus

  • Extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

  • Extensive understanding of multi-relational impact if the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statement and how journal entries affect each statement

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik), financial systems, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle)

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to master the details while still being able to communicate on the big picture /key messages

  • Strong business acumen - FMCG a big plus
