Jaké zkušenosti a schopnosti bychom u tebe uvítali?

  • Máš za sebou alespoň dva roky pracovních zkušeností v daném odvětví (financial crime compliance: AML, Sankce, Fraud, Bribery & Corruption).
  • Dobře se orientuješ v regulaci v oblasti finanční kriminality.
  • Skvěle ovládáš MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Dokážeš prezentovat výsledky klientům či svým kolegům.
  • Mluvíš plynně česky a anglicky a komunikaci zvládáš bez problému v obou jazycích.

Výhodou (nikoliv podmínkou) bude také:

  • Vystudovaná vysoká škola se zaměřením na matematickou, technickou nebo ekonomickou oblast.

Vaše budoucí role

Jak bude vypadat tvá práce?

  • Budeš se účastnit i vést projekty, jejichž výstupem budou analýzy eliminací rizik vycházející z fenoménu finanční kriminality (FCC – AML, Sankce, Fraud, Bribery & Corruption) a z relevantní regulace.
  • S kolegy budeš vyvíjet, implementovat a validovat modely pro mitigaci FCC rizik.
  • Budeš připravovat analýzy portfolií, procesů, nastavení modelů a plánovat a provádět kontrolní prověrky v oblasti FCC.
  • Pro finanční instituce budeš připravovat interní postupy a procesy zaměřené na implementaci evropských a národních regulatorních rámců v oblasti FCC.
  • Postupně se budeš posouvat dál – získáš větší odpovědnost za vedené projekty, nebo povedeš i tým juniornějších kolegů, kterým budeš pomáhat s jejich rozvojem.
