Lead Network Technology Support

Job Description:
The team od DDI Experts is growing and looking for new colleagues.
The team you will join provides DNS, DHCP, and IPAM support for large corporations across the globe. Including developing new solutions, implementing and supporting such for existing and new customers. The global team's scope includes incident and change management support in 24/7 working environment. The team works closely with the customer and other supporting teams.
The role of senior DDI team member requires a person who has the skills and knowledge to support complex customer DDI environment including solutioning, implementation and resolution of projects, requests and incidents. Works closely with different roles within the organization. Works precisely and with strong customer care.
The requirements:
7+ years of Networking experience with focus on DDI
Ability to organize and prioritize the work
Understands and provides complex solutions
Excellent communications skills
Strong customer focus and previous experience in customer support
Fluent English
Experience with the Infoblox platform is an advantage
Working Hours:
EMEA working time: 9am-5pm
Hybrid model: 1-3 days in AT&T Brno office (available after trial period)
Compensation:
- Salary starting from 121, 000 CZK gross monthly.
