What the day will look like
Supporting colleagues in-person or remotely in various IT issues (hear, understand issue, resolve and communicate resolution with colleague).
Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.
Installation and configuration of computer systems.
Diagnosis of SW/HW faults, problem-solving.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Ideally 3 and more years of experience as L1/L2 IT support
ITIL methodology basics
Knowledge of any helpdesk platform
Remote control experience
MDM/MAM solution troubleshooting skills
Proficient in MS Windows/Office, iOS/Android
Knowledge of basic networking principles, protocols
Experience with desktop/laptop HW installation and configuration
Proficient in Czech and English
Highly developed communication skills and pro-client approach
Ability to seek and suggest new solutions
