Your Purpose

In this role you will ensure HR strategic and executional support to the Company Leadership Team, as well as commercial and marketing teams. You'll ensure brilliant execution of Molson Coors global/ regional/ country HR and specific Commercial CEE strategies by managing and leading Staropramen Czech Republic & Slovakia people agenda, with the aim to support country efficiency and profitability.

In your role you will execute HR duties related to Staropramen business through leading directly or on a matrix basis the country HR team consisting of HRBPs, Rewards Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and HR Operations Manager. Externally you will represent the company as senior HR executive. You will act as an HR Country lead supporting the people agenda development at Czech Republic & Slovakia, as well as covering the Commercial agenda.

What You Will Do

  • You will contribute to the development of CEE HR strategy and specifically own the country, commercial and marketing people plan execution.

  • You will act simultaneously as HR Business Partner for and as a member of the Company Leadership Team(CLT), and you'll consult company management and provide HR guidance.

  • You will work with the CLT, other members of the CEE HR team and country employees to improve work relations, build morale and culture and increase retention. You'll support company leadership on building an engaged workforce and improving staff engagement and motivation.

  • You will own the people cycle from a company perspective and you'll monitor the succession and talent pipeline.

  • You'll lead the company HR team through dotted reporting lines to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions to the business.

  • You will represent the company towards governmental authorities (e.g. labour office) and manage proactive lobbying of company’s interests (e.g. Trade Unions). You'll work closely with the Legal department to resolve problems and be a Subject Matter Expert on local labour law and related regulations.

  • You will be monitoring, resolving and reporting complex employee relation and workforce issues. You'll collaborate closely with other functional members of the CEE HR leadership team (HRD Supply Chain CEE, HRD Marketing and G&A CEE, Rewards Director CEE, TAD Director CEE) to support company performance across all functions.

About You

  • You've got 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience within an international and multicultural environment. You're familiar with partnering commercial/ business functions and can demonstrate a track record of success in previous roles as an HRM, HRBP or HR Generalist.

  • You're able to demonstrate strategic thinking and a strong execution focus.

  • As well as experience, you can demonstrate exceptional results, managing company HR agenda.

  • You have a strong ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders, in order to drive a wide functional people agenda.

  • You can demonstrate your ability to manage effectively without solid reporting lines, and work effectively in a matrix organisation.

  • You're a change agent bringing with you both change management and transformation skills.

  • You enjoy building relationships and possess strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • You love problem solving and have a proactive mindset mixed with excellent business acumen and a strong grip on country labour law.
