The Learning Specialist II. supports organization to improve key metrics and quality of service delivered by wider teams by addressing learning needs. Works with various stakeholders to analyze learning needs,

formulates learning content, performs various training activities, and keeps training records.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • With additional support understand the latest skill needs, make connections between employee's

capabilities and organizational requirements, gaps and provide employee with the right Learning and

Development offerings.

  • Under supervision define and implement specific learning content as per CSAT, ESAT and quality results

working with internal departments/business units to appropriately address them.

  • Establish basic learning structure on ZEN for the given organization.

Facilitate, Maintain, and create new programs for New Employees and other development programs.

  • Communicate with various audiences regarding the learning event details, pre-work assignments, schedule

and course changes, reminders about upcoming sessions.

  • Use learning expertise and the available learning tools to develop innovative materials and experiences

along the 70/20/10 spectrum of continuous learning: on-the-job learning, assessment/coaching and

traditional learning.

  • Perform knowledge check activities / Evaluate learning and training programs to meet organizational

development goals.

  • Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of a learning content.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Work Experience (years): 1-3 years

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of ZEN and other training tools and techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics.
  • Basic knowledge of MS office components.
  • Basic project management skills is a plus.
