About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team as a Supply Chain Export Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery to our customers from different manufacturing locations. You will be responsible for supply chain performance in all aspects from order receiving to shipment delivery, billing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Performance: Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to customers from different manufacturing locations.
- Order Management: Collecting and integrating inputs from sourcing locations and commercial teams to secure demand and supply alignment.
- Transportation Management: Monitoring transport from loading until delivery of goods and aligning with sourcing locations and warehouses, customers, and transport companies.
- Customer Service: Building relationships with customers and working with customer feedback to improve service provided.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in the field of Supply Chain/Logistics in a production multinational environment or desire to learn.
- Client Management: Client management skills and ability to build credible, trusting partner relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical, structured, detailed and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with impact in a cross-functional environment across all levels of management.
- Continuous Improvement: Self-starter committed to continuous improvement and oriented to find solutions to achieve goals.
- Language Skills: Verbal and written business level English and Czech/Slovak is required.
