Scrum Master

About the Role

The Scrum Master is a self-propelling role that works as a member of one or more software development teams within the R&D organization, assisting team members in becoming more productive and mature by implementing and supporting Scrum and SAFe principles.

  • Mentor the team on SAFe/Scrum values, principles, and techniques.
  • Facilitate and support all Scrum team-level ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review/demo, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a safeguard for the team, shielding them from outside distractions and interferences, and removing obstacles that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.
  • Facilitate the collection of accurate and transparent team-level metrics to be openly shared with anyone.
  • Build transparency in processes and remove impediments, driving alignments across the team and improving its efficiency.
Requirements
  • 0-1 years in a Scrum Master role. Experience with SAFe is a plus.
  • Experience with a multisite and multidisciplinary environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience with SW development is a plus.
  • Communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
