Process Engineer

Danfoss is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our factory team and contribute to productivity improvement through the DBS One Company Approach. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Production Manager and other team leaders to enhance current processes and ensure company standards are met.

• Identify improvement potential across all shifts, collaborating with the local factory team to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain the factory Roadmap, outlining activities related to improving productivity.
• Facilitate the creation of quarterly Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) with main activities from the Roadmap.
• Monitor and maintain Hourly Registration targets, ensuring proper use of the system for capturing deviations.
• Support the factory team in solving root causes of production deviations and restoring performance to targeted levels.
• Ensure RCPS boards are updated daily, with a focus on driving activities based on deviation to targets.
• Conduct weekly Shop Floor Audits and review results, prompting action from leaders to address findings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
