The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, negotiation, and communication, with a focus on maximizing revenue and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project planning and execution
  • Negotiate with suppliers and communicate with meeting owners
  • Lead project teams to achieve event goals
  • Operate event databases and manage data accurately
  • Coordinate logistics and maximize revenue
  • Reconcile budgets and prepare financial reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Analyze data to inform future event delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent business English and additional languages a plus
  • Customer care excellence and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with event management software and tools
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail
