Meet your team:
You will be part of the People Analytics team. The People Analytics Team is driving the SAP workforce strategy to the next level by internally implementing and adopting SAP's standard analytics products in an agile way. The SAP People Analytics scrum teams use innovative workforce analytics solutions and technologies (Data Products, SAC Stories & Planning,
Success Factors/ HCM analytics solutions).
Our vision is to revolutionize the creation and consumption of inspiring analytical insights in the cloud, laying the foundation for steering excellence across SAP. This allows us to showcase how SAP runs SAP while delivering value to our internal customers.
Summary of the role:
You will work in an agile environment within People Analytics in a fantastic scrum team, using innovative workforce planning & insights solutions and technologies (SAP HANA, SAP Data Sphere, SAC Planning, SAC App Design, BTP). You will have touchpoints with SAC and Success Factors product development as well as HR teams to work on next generation concepts and solutions for SAP's organization and people.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage SAP's big / master data and data architecture
- Define information strategy
- Build and maintain data governance and data quality
- Secure data usability, availability and efficiency
- Perform analytics and statistical modeling to develop metrics, reports and e.g. dashboard visualization of trends and patterns that aid in data storytelling
- Understand data and analysis needs and develop technical solutions like dashboards, apps, HANA data models
- Use UX design concepts to develop/ enhance apps
- Document logic/code, test results and defect reports
What you bring:
- Background in software or service development, minimum 3 years of work experience
- Educated on/ familiar with basic Agile Methodologies
- Educated/ gained experience on User Experience Processes (User-Centered-Design)
- Relevant knowledge in the HR or Finance domain
- Strong drive for value creation
- SAP HANA data modeling skills
- Team player enjoying to work within an international team
- Effective communication, networking, and facilitation skills on all seniority levels across business unit boundaries
- "Can-do" attitude with agility, flexibility, and positive mindset
- Experience in working with SAC (UI, App Design, Planning) is a plus
- Java Script skills for working with SAC app design is a plus
