Meet your team: Process Intelligence

This role is situated in our Brno PI office which was created in 2022 to support the growth of SAP Signavio in the region. This senior role is designed to strengthen our Process Data Management team.

We keep things open, agile and communicative. It is all based on trust, not micromanaging. Our team members are self-organized within their teams, working on independent projects or closely with Product Leads, developers and UX designers. We value your thoughts and ideas and will give you the freedom to push and implement them

What you ́ll do

• A Product Specialists's ultimate mission is to build a product that's valuable for our customers and partners, that's delightful to use and that's viable for our business, in line with SAP Signavio's product vision and product and engineering strategies.
• Understand and share our overall product vision and strategy with the team and ensure alignment and sense-making.
• Work with Principal Product Owners and other relevant stakeholders to identify the next opportunities and problem spaces to focus on.
• Be the fundamental pillar of an empowered product team together with the Tech Lead and the Designer.
• Contribute to our overall product strategy in collaboration with Principal Product Leads, break it down into high-level delivery milestones, EPICs and user stories.
• Manage feedback from stakeholders, including via ProductBoard, whilst keeping the product structure up to date.
• Help the engineers to understand the customers needs and pain points.
• Handling user interviews and defining metrics in order to support validation and beta releases.
• Own and manage the product backlog for your product area, at all levels of granularity, prioritize it by understanding customers' and internal stakeholders' issues, pain points and needs.
• Coordinate and enable developers and designers to work with your user stories and align on technical implementation.
• Contribute to defining team objectives and define and monitor product success metrics and KPIs for your product area.
• Leverage the discovery process in order to de-risk deliveries.
• Support agile ceremonies, including refinements, plannings and retrospectives.
• Be a sparring partner of the Agile Coach and the People Lead, who will also be the go-to person for guidance on development and progression.

Would be great if you have

• Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager within agile software development teams and proven goal-oriented mindset.
• Very good application of B2B software product ownership and product management practices (for example discovery, validation, backlog management).
• Thorough ability to drive cross-team and cross-product initiatives, identify interdependencies and ensure coordination.
• Analytical skills structured and data-driven working approach.
• Very good stakeholder management skills, including an excellent ability in negotiating and managing expectations on timelines and scope.
• A proactive attitude, comfortable with aligning with all types of stakeholders.
• Experience in taking responsibility, making decisions, and maintaining high levels of collaboration in an environment and mentoring team members.
• Basic understanding of any of the following: data and process mining, process analysis or intelligence.
