About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our Global Controlling team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for driving financial planning activities, performing month-end closing activities, and ensuring transparency and compliance with financial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform and coordinate month-end closing activities, including accrual handling and cost accounting checks
- Ensure transparency and compliance with financial guidelines
- Be a business partner and work out key messages from in-depth analysis to recommend action items to management
- Support transformation and change in respective units to achieve financial targets
- Drive cross-unit activities, projects, and special tasks in cooperation with the team and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or Finance
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-managed working style with high customer orientation
- Ability and willingness to work in a virtual setup and fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP Controlling processes and SAP CO (ISP/BW) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Work Experience:
- Ideal candidate has proven experience working in a global environment with peers, management, and customers
- More than 2 years of work experience in Controlling required
