The primary objective of the Excellence Explorer Squad is to enhance the usage of the SAP and IT Eco System and drive its adoption in commercial sites and manufacturing plants. The Team will work closely with market stakeholders, understand their pain points, and strategize ways to improve customer satisfaction.

you will be responsible for partnering with Business partners in our Animal Health in the Order to Cash (OTC) supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system.

You will report to Value Team Lead Executive Director - Animal Health IT Global Business Solutions and cooperate with Global OTC teams and local Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME's) on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support safeguarding the Global Template
  • Reviews and supports approval of changes before they are executed.
  • Build strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO's) and Key Users / SME's
  • Delivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and CRF's
  • Manages medium complex projects.
  • Participate in workshops, support testing, training and go-live.
  • Support second line support team.
  • Connect with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests.

Ideal candidate

Experience / knowledge

  • Broad general IT knowledge and experience
  • In depth knowledge of SAP Order to Cash
  • Minimum Three - Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in OTC (SD) Module
  • Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Have knowledge and experience in computer system validation
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software

Education

  • Higher educational or academic level
  • SAP R/3 relevant module at customizing level
