System Architect

We are seeking for a person who would join us and help us to design on-premise and cloud services in the financial sector. The architect is responsible for designing of authentication, authorization and M365 cloud services, proposing design improvements, closely collaborating with other senior roles in our SAFe Agile base organization, communicating with subject matter experts internally (colleagues and business partners) and externally (Microsoft) and participating in global architectural advisory boards.

What are the responsibilities?

• Propose and review architecture related topics within the team and with local peers in the organization
• Cooperate on improvements of existing cloud solutions
• Help to solve major incidents and escalated problems
• Help to mitigate architectural risks
• Attend global agile ceremonies, operational meetings and advisory boards
• Participate in Global Architecture Communities
• Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft authentication and authorization services and pass relevant certifications
• Travel on occasional business trips (once a quarter)

What do we require?

• 3+ years of experience with on-premise infrastructure and Microsoft cloud architecture
• JIRA, ITIL or SAFe knowledge is an advantage
• Agile mindset, be a servant to the team
• Ability to learn new skills and technologies
• Communication skills and stress tolerant
• Being flexible, ability to travel
