Royalty Management Team Member
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our Royalty Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the administration of third-party royalties under Inbound Licensing agreements.
About the Role
- Administer and manage third-party licensing agreements and SAP end-user licensing agreements.
- Review, calculate, and report third-party royalty fees arising from SAP reselling third-party intellectual property.
- Handle Special Bid Offers (SBO) and/or Customer Third Party Offerings (CTPO).
- Serve as a stakeholder for internal and external financial audits.
- Ensure high-quality and compliance standards.
- Support End-to-End process improvements and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support organizational development initiatives, such as process (re-)design and system improvements.
- Participate in cross-organizational projects.
- Reconcile historical records.
About You
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash process.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP FI module is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems.
- High service attitude with strong focus on compliance.
- Flexible team player; able to deal with transition and change.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience in Quote-to-Cash process or any other finance-related field.
