  • Prague A fantastic opportunity for a DFT Engineer to join an innovative semiconductor company based in a European capital city.
The team works on one of the lowest power-consuming chips on the market, so this is a great opportunity to work on state-of-the-art designs and take on plenty of new challenges.

Key skills for this role include:
A strong track record in DFT gained across several successful ASIC projects.
DFT experience including architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development and verification.
Experience with MBIST insertion, simulation, and verification.
Scan ATPG pattern generation, simulation and debug.
