A leading global company with a strong Swedish culture is seeking a highly skilled Purchase to Pay Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions (invoices, credit notes) in a timely and accurate manner
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Post invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding to GL accounts and cost centers
• Prepare payments and achieve month-end activities and reporting
• Analyze vendor accounts and clear up negative balances
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
• Provide support and solutions to clients
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting and finance department, preferably in an international company
• F&A process understanding and accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP or other ERP
• Advanced knowledge of English and Czech
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid work permit necessary - free access to labor market
