Analyze and research inquiries, documenting interactions according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines

Identify and record adverse events and product complaints, providing additional support as needed

Maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies, including client products, SOP's, protocols, GCP's, and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Medical, Pharmacy, or Biomedical degree or equivalent

Previous experience providing similar knowledge, skills, and abilities

Proficiency in Swedish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish

Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information, with strong organizational and time management skills
