Job Summary: Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval in a luxury hotel setting.

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Working hours are 7pm - 7am. You will be required to follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. You will also be expected to maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
