Poszukujemy osoby, która: 

  • Posiada min 3 letnie doświadczenie w projektowaniu interfejsów i design systems dla platform, aplikacji, zarówno z rynku B2B jak i B2C, z różnych branż, zarówno RWD jak i mobile w tym:

    - tworzenie i opracowywanie szkiców architektury informacji (makiet) oraz interaktywnych prototypów aplikacji, 

    - wiedza na temat design systemów IOS i Android stosowanych w projektowaniu aplikacji na te platformy, 

   - doświadczenie w kompozycji, hierarchii wizualnej, typografii i doborze koloru, 

  • Ma umiejętność współpracy z biznesem - globalnego spojrzenia na projekt, wraz z jego perspektywą rozwoju, ma umiejętność przekształcania procesów i potrzeb biznesowych w użyteczny produkt; zna i rozumie specyfikę różnych klientów (start-up vs enterprise), różnych produktów (B2B, B2C), cykli życia produktów,
  • Płynnie komunikuje się w języku angielskim zarówno w mowie, jak i piśmie (min. na poziomie B2/C1),
  • Ma wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje miękkie: komunikatywność, otwartość na dawanie i przyjmowanie feedbacku, umiejętność pracy w różnych zespołach (zarówno dev jak i zespół po stronie klienta), elastyczność - umiejętność dostosowania jakości do czasu i potrzeb (zoom in, zoom out) a także potrafi argumentować podjęte decyzje projektowe,
  • Charakteryzuje się pozytywną energią i proaktywną postawą,
  • Uczestniczył w warsztatach z klientem lub użytkownikami, i ma znajomość taki narzędzi jak user story mapping, value proposition canvas oraz przełożyć wymagania i pomysły na user stories,
  • Stosuje w projekcie rozszerzoną wiedzę o UX/UI, uwzględnia najnowsze wyniki badań, dobre praktyki i aktualne trendy UX/UI, wiedzę z innych projektów, trendy społeczne i technologiczne,
  • Potrafi przeprowadzić wywiad lub testy z użytkownikami, potrafi przygotować użyteczne rekomendacje lub nanieść zmiany oraz zaproponować rozwój produktu oraz strategię w oparciu o uzyskane dane,
  • Bardzo dobrze zna Figmę (sporadycznie korzystamy również z Axure RP).

Nice to have:

  • umiejętność określenia metryk UX i produktowych, analizy danych ilościowych i jakościowych (Google Analytics, HotJar, ankiety i inne narzędzia),
  • umiejętność przygotowania i analizy testów A/B,
  • motion design.
,[Będziesz motorem napędowym zespołu na etapie Discovery (będziesz pozyskiwać wymagania biznesowe uczestnicząc w spotkaniach i warsztatach, pozyskiwać wiedzę o potrzebach userów), , Będziesz uczestniczyć w tworzeniu strategii usług/produktów (wspólnie z zespołem Scrumowym, zespołem klienta), , Będziesz uczestniczyć w badaniach z użytkownikami i wyciągać wnioski odnośnie swoich projektów, , Będziesz projektować interfejsy użytkownika (zarówno lo-fi jak i hi-fi, tworzyć i wykorzystywać design systemy dla produktów B2B, B2C, aplikacji mobilnych i webowych a także systemów klasy enterprise), , Będziesz bezpośrednio pracować z klientem/ zespołem klienta będziesz cześcią zespołu delivery. ] Requirements: UI, UX design, Figma, UX, Motion design Tools: Agile, Scrum.
