As a Test Manager you are responsible for the preparation and implementation of test projects for our customers in the automotive industry.

These are your tasks:

  • Creation of cross-project test strategies and test concepts in agile as well as process-oriented environments
  • Creation of test plans
  • Analysis of technical requirements for the feasibility of the test project
  • Preparation of test effort estimates, presentation and justification of effort estimates to internal project managers and also to the customer
  • Planning of all test phases across all test sub-projects and test stages (boundary conditions, milestones, resources) and coordination of project plans with internal project managers and customers
  • Coordination and guidance of one or more test teams within a projects

This is what you bring with you:

  • You have completed a technical or scientific degree
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Test Manager
  • You have already been able to demonstrate your broad IT knowledge in practice and have led test teams of 10 people or more
  • You work in the QA or QM area and have been able to successfully use your knowledge of test methods in practice
  • You also have proven knowledge of test techniques and strategies, a methodical and structured way of working and very good analytical skills
  • In addition to good communication and presentation skills in English, you impress with your ability to work in a team and an unrestricted willingness to travel
