Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline, Master of Science preferred.
- Broad experience in developing software products, preferably SaaS enterprise software, either as a software engineer or data scientist.
- Experience in a people management role such as Team Leader/Tech Lead or similar
- People skills, with ability to work with people of different backgrounds and styles.
- Process orientation, with ability to create new processes as well as improve existing processes for better productivity.
- Written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Experience working in a multinational, distributed organization is highly desirable.

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help build and lead the StreetLight Poland team. This is a key role that is central to StreetLight’s Poland talent strategy, and will manage the entire StreetLight team across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Services and Support.
