What we’re looking for:
  • Min 3 years of software engineering experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin
  • Experience with both Jetpack Compose and the traditional XML-based approach for building user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with patterns like Dagger/MVP/MVVM.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Language skills good Polish and English are essential. You’ll be communicating with international clients and working with teams in both languages.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
Bonus points if you:
  • Understand reactive programming concepts.
  • Have knowledge of another programming language (e.g. Swift).
  • Have experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, iOS development.
  • Know how to debug live apps and analyse crashes.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or related fields.

  • Hybrid work in Łódź – We’d like you to work from our Łódź office at least twice a week to get to know the team. After this period, the number of days in the office may be reduced.
