  • 8 to 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on financial technology.

  • Experience working in or with companies such as PrimeXM, Playtech, bet365, or similar fintech organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with MT4 and/or MT5.
  • Advanced proficiency in software engineering, including full-stack development. Programming languages in use include C#, C++, ASP.NET, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of international networking with a specific focus on regions with internet censorship such as China.
  • Advanced proficiency with database management systems, specifically MySQL hosted on AWS RDS using the Aurora engine.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

We seek a skilled and mature Technical Lead to help us build a modern trading platform. The platform provides the most popular trading instruments (FX, metals, indices, energy, and crypto) with core spreads starting at zero pips. The unique technology scope and great relationships with tier-one banks and prime brokers enabled us to provide deep custom liquidity, capable of handling the needs of even the most sophisticated clients like large-ticket or HFT traders. 

As Technical Lead, you will lead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure that the technology infrastructure supports our rapid growth in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate for this leadership role has a passion for financial technology and is looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth company.
