  • What you bring:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager responsible for delivering products, core services, or comprehensive features
    • Hands-on experience as a software engineer. Including, but not limited to Development within a leading cloud platform (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure), development operations, and testing frameworks
    • Experience with growing, coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to the engineers in the team including under challenging situations
    • Lead with empathy and trust, the ability to give constructive criticism
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Project management experience
    • Business Professional English Required
    • A degree in Computer Science, similar field, or equivalent experience working in the industry
    Nice to have:
    • Experience creating highly efficient team structures and processes that are confident in taking on big challenges
    • Capability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously and make decisions quickly
    • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
    • Experience in developing Software as a Service (fast-release cycles that still support an existing user base) directly with a SaaS vendor
