Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline, Master of Science preferred.
  • Broad experience in developing software products, preferably SaaS enterprise software, either as a software engineer or data scientist.
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role, managing software engineers and/or data scientists.
  • Strong people skills, with ability to work with people of different backgrounds and styles.
  • Strong process orientation, with ability to create new processes as well as improve existing processes for better productivity.
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational distributed organization is highly desirable.

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help build and lead the StreetLight Poland team. This is a key role that is central to StreetLight’s Poland talent strategy, and will manage the entire StreetLight team across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Services and Support.
