- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience driving adoption strategies for digital platforms, particularly PowerApps.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement techniques in global and cross-functional environments.
- Nice to have: Credit and Lending domain expertise, with previous experience in Wholesale projects highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and remediation programs (e.g., ECB).
- English fluent
- Ability to design and deliver customized training plans for diverse user groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience creating engaging training and communication materials.
- Stakeholder management expertise, capable of building trust and consensus across global teams.
Nice to have (not mandatory):
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.

About the role:
We are seeking a Change and Implementation Project Manager to support the project, focusing on market integration and adoption within Wholesale Credit and Lending (WCL). This role is pivotal in driving deliverables, user adoption, and training for a PowerApps-based digital credit platform (DCP), ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
The consultant will have a strong background in project management, expertise in digital transformation, and ideally experience within credit and lending domains, or Wholesale Banking, or similar environments.
Project Manager will need to engage with Market Change Leads and execute project plans for DCP deploy.
