We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Refinement: Work on projects where requirements may not always be fully defined, helping to refine features, propose design solutions, and actively contribute to the shaping of product direction.
  • Collaboration with Senior Engineers: Actively engage with senior engineers and staff for feedback, and provide your own suggestions and improvements while maintaining flexibility in your approach.
  • Fast Delivery & Iteration: Focus on delivering working solutions quickly, with an emphasis on iteration rather than waiting for a perfectly defined specification. Be open to reworking solutions based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Tech Selection: Apply your expertise in choosing appropriate technologies, providing well-thought-through feedback, but being willing to compromise and pivot when necessary for the success of the project.
  • Frontend Development: Take charge of building and enhancing React and Next.js applications with an eye for clean, maintainable code and exceptional user experiences.
  • A/B Testing: Work with Optimizely to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, including both client- and server-side tests, and utilize feature experimentation to drive product improvements.
Desirable Qualifications in order of importance:
  • Graph Databases: Experience working with graph databases and a solid understanding of their use cases, strengths, and limitations.
  • LangChain & AI Development: Demonstrated experience in building AI applications, specifically using LangChain or similar frameworks, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • React/Next.js Expertise: Strong expertise in frontend development, especially in building scalable, high-performance applications using React and Next.js.
  • A/B Testing & Optimizely: Experience with Optimizely, particularly in implementing both server-side and client-side tests, as well as experience with feature experimentation to optimize product features.
