**Our compensation structure is the base salary and equity in the form of restricted stock units.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU?

Box is looking for skilled individuals to join our engineering teams in Warsaw. Your expertise is crucial in addressing challenges related to cloud-based content management, directly impacting the productivity of users at major enterprises.

We are currently seeking individuals for the following teams:

  • Compliance - Box GxP is our compliance product offering for Life Science customers, which serves as a rolling evidence that Box functionality is working continuously as intended. Box supports GxP customers by offering: (1) cross-team validation testing orchestration and customer-facing dashboard reporting; (2) quarterly Controlled release management for Box feature deployment to GxP Sandbox environments. We are currently at the stage of re-implementing the test results processing and orchestration framework to address existing gaps and limitations. As a team, we support existing GxP processes from engineering perspective, helping other engineering teams to stay compliant, provide tools to the engineering teams so that they can manage their GxP tests on a self-service basis.
  • Box Apps - Box Apps is an intelligent no-code builder designed to empower businesses to create custom applications in hours instead of weeks. By combining content, metadata, workflows, and users, Box Apps allows teams to build tailored tools that enhance productivity across departments.With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, Box Apps makes it easy to create dynamic dashboards for tracking processes, managing metadata at scale, and extracting AI-driven insights.
