  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role, experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
  • Extensive experience with high-performance, scalable cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with monitoring, alerting and logging tools and practices.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience working in a high-paced agile environment.
  • Experience in building complex systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Familiarity with software development, CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot complex issues.
  • A bias to action, desire for ownership and strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload.
  • You’re kind and empathetic, relying on and supporting the rest of the team for discussions and reviews.
  • You are able to craft a vision and clarify an ambiguous problem space into clear, tangible building blocks of a roadmap.

The Role

As a DevOps engineer with SRE experience you’ll be key person to design and deliver streamlined and automated software development and deployment process, and deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality infrastructure.

In your first 3 months at Antavo

  • On your first days you can expect a professional onboarding process with the HR Team and with your dedicated onboarding buddy who will help you throughout the next period.
  • In your first week, you will join our DevOps team and you will dive deep in getting to know the Engineering Manifesto - which includes our key values, conventions, and guides and what means for the company, your team, and how it impacts your work.
  • In the following weeks, you will learn about our domain and go deeper into our daily operations of GCP based infrastructure, be familiar our current tools and workflows.
  • By the end of your first 3 months, you will gain knowledge of our domain and became familiar with our infrastructure will have knowledge to deal with tasks independently. You will be part to setup short and mid term plans.
