We’re Looking For Somebody who:
  • Has a genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences and exploring new technologies — you should truly enjoy what you do.
  • Has the ability to justify your design decisions and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Is proficient in English, with strong communication skills for writing precise specifications and delivering clear presentations.
  • Has a strong interest in accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Has experience with UX research methodologies and applying insights to drive design decisions.
  • Ideally, has experience designing for SaaS or enterprise tools.
  • Is fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems and prototyping.
  • Bonus points: previous experience in healthcare-related projects.
  • Formal requirements:
    • min. 1 year of experience in UX or US design
    • min. bachelor degree in design, IT or similar field (post-graduate education is also acceptable)
    • the candidate already lives in Poland and can be formally employed here (UoP)

Who we are:

We are Evidence Prime, a collaboration between McMaster University and a group of dedicated, experienced Polish IT professionals. We have over 9 years of experience in the healthcare field. 

We are currently looking for people for our second product, Laser AI - The literature review tool that helps our clients make evidence-based decisions effectively. We value safe and well-crafted products.
