We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to design, and implement tests, to debug, and define corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. effect densities and open defect counts). The ideal candidate is customer-focused, will take accountability for the results we need to achieve individually and collectively, will make courageous decisions and act with integrity, will execute with a sense of urgency through thoughtful planning and disciplined execution, will operate with transparency with direct, respectful and open dialogue amongst your peers, will have attention to detail, will have ability to communicate efficiently - verbal and written, can analyze and solve problems flexibly, proactively and with initiative, will have willingness to Learn New Technologies, can Think Outside The Box.

THE SKILL SET

  • Active usage of Automation frameworks (e.g. Night Watch.JS or Selenium, SOAP UI) and database knowledge: Oracle
  • We prefer basic knowledge of Programming (Java, C#, JavaScript), Versioning system, JIRA
  • Continuous Delivery Systems (GoCD, Jenkins), PostgreSQL
  • Proven work experience in software development
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Good level of English communication skill (written and spoken) - B2
  • We prefer couple years of exp. with Automation framework.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Experience With Agile/Scrum Development Process
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
