Job Title: Social Media Content Moderator (Czech/English) Onsite in Thessaloniki About the RoleAre you fluent in Czech and English with a passion for social media? We are looking for a motivated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will help maintain a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project, working in shifts to ensure platform safety around the clock. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines.Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content.Resolve reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a safe and enjoyable online community.Accurately follow content moderation processes and guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures. What We're Looking For: Language Skills: Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to professionally handle sensitive and graphic content.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related role is an advantage but not required.
