We are looking for a Car Fleet Administrator to oversee the daily management and operations of car fleets across several European countries. In this role, you will collaborate with rental companies, internal stakeholders, and the Global Car Fleet team to ensure smooth operations. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in an international environment, we’d love to hear from you 

Popis pozice:
  • Administrate the car fleets of several european countries for operational and daily functions  
  • Responsible for the daily tasks related to the management of the fleets  
  • Daily relationship with the rental companies for the employees' vehicles 
  • Reports preparation 
  • Coordinate with the Global Car Fleet team 
  • Contact person with other internal stakeholders  
Profil kandidáta:
  • Fluent in English is mandatory 
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Knowledge of car leasing is a plus 
Nabízíme:
