Senior DWH/BI Consultant

Popis pozice: Design and implement robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from both SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Maintain data consistency and integrity, aligning all data flows with enterprise-wide standards and governance policies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and BI/DWH consultants, to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum-driven projects, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while delivering high-quality data solutions in iterative cycles. Occasional travel may be required between company branches to support project rollouts, stakeholder meetings, or infrastructure assessments. Contribute to the evolution of the company’s data infrastructure, bringing forward innovative ideas and helping shape future strategies for data architecture and analytics. Profil kandidáta: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DWH) development, with a strong grasp of architectural principles. Advanced proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, ETL frameworks, and best practices for data integration and transformation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English, and communicate verbally at a basic professional level. Nice to Have: Experience working with SAP systems, SAP Data Services, Microsoft Azure, or Python for data processing and automation. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving. A team-oriented mindset, while also being confident and effective when working independently.
