  • Zodpovědnost za technické řešení Business Inteligence systému ve Škoda Group

  • Podpora datově centrických projektů ve Škoda Group

  • Vést analýzu a dokumentaci technických řešení v oblasti Business Inteligence, identifikovat oblasti pro zlepšení a doporučovat řešení

  • Spolupracovat se zainteresovanými stranami na shromažďování a definování technických požadavků, zajišťovat jejich sladění s cíli organizace

  • Vyvíjet a udržovat technickou dokumentaci, včetně datových modelů, diagramů aktivit, sekvenčních diagramů a technických map

  • Facilitovat workshopy a schůzky za účelem shromažďování požadavků a validace řešení

  • Úzce spolupracovat s IT týmy, aby bylo zajištěno, že požadavky jsou přesně přeloženy do technických specifikací

  • Monitorovat a hodnotit efektivitu implementovaných řešení a provádět potřebné úpravy

  • Poskytovat mentorství a vedení juniorním členům týmu a technickým specialistům, podporovat kulturu neustálého zlepšování

  • Zkušenosti jako BI Architect nebo Technical Lead, se zaměřením na technickou analýzu a zlepšování procesů

  • Silné analytické a problémové schopnosti, schopnost kriticky a strategicky myslet

  • Vynikající verbální a písemné komunikační schopnosti, schopnost efektivně komunikovat složité koncepty různým publikům

  • Znalost nástrojů a technik pro modelování procesů

  • Znalost nástrojů a technik pro tvorbu BI řešení

  • Znalost nástrojů a technik pro práci s daty

  • Technický leadership

  • Znalost nástrojů Microsoft Office

  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně i jako součást týmu

  • Znalost českého a anglického jazyka
