Popis pozice- Order Managament/order processing: You record the orders in our ERP system an dyou take care of the customer data
- Communication: You create an send order confirmations an invoices
- Logistics: You organize deliveries, create delivery and customs documents and you keep an eye on the processes
- Customer support: You support sales, coordinate appointments and monitor delivery times
- Collaboration: You work together with the planning, quality assurance and production departments
- Complaint processing
- Languages: German (min. B2)
- English is of an advantage
- Profession: completed commercial training
- Experience: some years in customer service; experience in accounting is a great plus
- IT-competencies: MS office an ideally ERP-experience
- Personality: good in communications, team spirit, reliability and independent way of working
- Enjoy working with customers
- Salary 40 000 - 45 000 CZK
- 25 days of holiday (5 weeks)
- Food allowance (not the meal ticket, but the money instead)
- If there are no sick days within a month the employees receive a small benefit which he/she can spend in freetime activities
