We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist

This position is also suitable for students who are looking to gain valuable experience while making a real impact

???? Responsibilities

Customer Support: Resolving customer issues via phone and email
Partner Support: Partner Onboarding & Full Munch Partner Support
Administrative Tasks: Managing and controlling partner contracts
Managing Payments
Strongly collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team

???? Requirements

You are fully proficient in Romanian and English, Czech is a plus.
You are precise, communicative, proactive and open.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours including early mornings, later afternoons, and weekends to support operational needs.
