* Providing our Portuguese clients with support via e-mail and calls* Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order* Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse* Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences* Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
