What is going to be part of your workload?

You are going to grant our Polish speaking customers‘ wishes and support and answer their needs via phone, email or chat as well as providing them with information regarding their orders

Also, you are going to register orders made by phone, continuously watch their condition and do everything possible for their smooth delivery and customer’s smile

What do we want you to acquire?

Proficient knowledge (minimum B2 level) of Polish language written and spoken as you are going to deal with Polish speakers

Both kind and friendly attitude as well as professional performance towards others

Willingness to work at least 70 hours per month
