Our client is a product-based SaaS company with a portfolio of 10+ in-house digital B2C products. They are fully independent: no external clients, no investors, and no startup risks. The company develops and launches their own products — and they are their own client.
The team consists of 90+ professionals, working remotely across 20+ countries in Europe and the Middle East. The company is actively scaling their business and planning to launch up to 10 new products beyond MVP stage in 2025.
To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager who will ensure smooth delivery and scaling of their SaaS products.
What You Will Do:
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery process of multiple B2C SaaS products, from discovery through post-release.
Lead cross-functional, distributed teams (engineering, product, design, QA).
Drive on-time, high-quality delivery, managing scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate sprint planning, delivery roadmap execution, and release coordination.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.
Oversee scalable software architecture and technical decision-making (no hands-on coding).
Ensure alignment of delivery processes with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Monitor delivery metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
What our client expects:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Engineering Manager within product-based SaaS companies.
Proven success in managing the delivery of complex digital B2C SaaS products at scale.
Solid technical understanding of modern backend, frontend, and cloud technologies:Backend: Node.js (TypeScript)
Frontend: React.js
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, RDS, S3), Kubernetes, Terraform
CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
Experience managing microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
