Business Analyst acts as a crucial intermediary between the Business Owners and Data Scientists, ensuring that AI-driven initiatives and models align with business strategies. In this role you will report to the Head of AI and your key responsibility will be gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into actionable requirements for the Data Science team. You will leverage your business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical AI products, ensuring that data science projects deliver measurable business value. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling Requirements: Define and translate business needs into clear AI model requirements for the Data Science team.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison between the Business Owners (Area Experts) and the Data Scientists to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Business Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and provide recommendations for AI-driven improvements.

  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases that demonstrate the value of AI solutions, evaluating risks and potential impacts.

  • Project Support: Provide business input during the IT implementation phase of AI models, ensuring solutions meet business needs and expectations.

  • Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of AI requirements, business processes, and model performance to facilitate ongoing project improvement.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong expertise in process modeling, data analysis, and business requirement documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full working proficiency in both Czech and English (minimum C1).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the television, media, or entertainment industry.

  • Familiarity with our tools (e.g., Git, Confluence)

  • Relevant certifications
