We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid and Senior Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React JS and backend development using Node JS. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and effective leadership abilities with good communication skills.Responsibilities:Project Collaboration: Work closely with leads and delivery teams to ensure overall project delivery.Agile Participation: Engage in project planning and agile activities.Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS for the frontend and Node JS for the backend.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate user requirements into high-quality, scalable code.User Interface Implementation: Implement and maintain efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.Technology Research: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process and improve code quality.API Development: Collaborate with the backend team to design and develop APIs to support frontend functionalities.Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in frontend and backend development.

Required qualifications:Proven experience as a Developer with strong expertise in React JS.Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.Experience with backend development using Node JS.Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.Proficiency in version control tools like Git.Ability to provide GitHub link with projects.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
