For an American multinational company, we are looking for a skilled Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic team.

Náplň práce:

- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding financial queries,

- Maintain the EDI invoice troublebox,

- Review and verify credit memos,

- Create claims (shortages, pricing discrepancies),

- Obtain and reconcile vendor statements,

- Handle payment-related queries,

- Communicate with suppliers (by phone and e-mail),

- Collaborate with internal colleagues and other departments.
Co od vás očekáváme
- Fluency in English and Italian

- Experience with AP/AR processes (accounts payable and accounts receivable),

- Excellent computer skills,

- Accuracy and attention to detail,

- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands,

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is an advantage, but not required.
